
Candyland Play Village Rules:
1. Shoes are not allowed in the play area or beyond the play village
section. All adults and children must wear socks when entering the
play area. Socks are available for purchase.
2. No food and drinks are allowed beyond play houses.
3. Parents and guardians – not Candyland Play Village staff – are
responsible for children and must remain on site at all times.
4. All guests must make sure they have clean hands before entering the
play area.
5. Candyland Play Village is not responsible for any lost, damaged or
stolen items. Please keep your belongings near you at all times.
6. Only children 10 years of age or younger are allowed to play in the
soft play area, unless discussed with Candyland staff prior.
7. Children should not climb up slides, or onto any tables or chairs.
8. There must be at least one paying child for an adult to attend.
Participation Agreement, Liability Waiver, and Hold Harmless
Agreement
I, and as parent or legal guardian of the child (or children) whose name is
set forth below (each referred to as a “Participant” and collectively referred
to herein as the “Participants”) and in consideration of the Participants
being permitted to participate in the Activities conducted by Candyland
Play Village LTD , located at 2a Birmingham Road, Alvechurch, B48
7TA agree as follows:
1. Activities – Activities shall be defined as the various activities and
services offered to Participants by Candyland Play Village, an
indoor play area and children’s play village.
2. I understand that the employees of Candyland Play Village are not
responsible for Participants who utilize the space and it is the
responsibility of the undersigned individual to supervise any minors
they bring into the facility.
3. I, and the children under my care, understand and agree to the safety
rules and play guidelines as outlined on candylandplayvillage.co.uk
(or whatever the website is x ) . I acknowledge that these rules and
guidelines may change and that I have read and am familiar with
them prior to entering the play space and making use of the facility.
Refund and Cancellations Policy
Candyland Play Village understands that sometimes plans change and that it may
become necessary to amend or cancel your booking. Our refund and cancellation
policy details any cancellation fees that may be due and payable or if any refunds
would be due.
Our refund and cancellations policy applies to all of our bookings.
Soft Play Bookings:
ï‚· All tickets purchased are non-refundable
ï‚· Amendments for pre-booked tickets can be made with a minimum of 48 hrs prior
to
the start time of the original pre-booked play session. Bookings transferred within the
minimum of our 48hr notification policy can transfer and re-book a play session
within 2 months of the transfer date.
Parties:
Our deposits for party bookings are non-refundable under any circumstances.
On booking a children's party package with us at Candyland Play Village you have
the right to cancel and receive any additional payments you have made (excluding
deposit) back within 14 days of making your booking if cancellation is given 1 month
before the date of event. If you wish to amend the children's party package this must
be done with a minimum of 7 days’ notice and is subject to availability.
Cancellation by the Customer
All cancellations must be made via email during normal office hours of 9am to 5pm.
Cancellations cannot be taken by voicemail, text, or any other methods. Any email
received after office hours will be deemed as received on the following working day.
The following charges will apply to all bookings which are cancelled by the customer:
Cancellation for all party package bookings.
ï‚·-Cancellation on the day - 100%
- Cancellation less than 7 days before event – 50%
- Cancellation 1 month before event – Deposit kept, no additional payments needed.
Cancellation for all soft play bookings.
ï‚· Cancellation on the day - 100%
ï‚· Cancellation the day before - 100%
ï‚· Cancellation 2 days before or earlier – 100%, but maybe transferred provided

Cancellation by Candyland Play Village
It is very rare for us to have to cancel a booking, but sometimes we are forced to due
to
circumstances that are beyond our control. For cancellation due to reasons beyond
our
control (except for weather please see below) a full refund of any monies paid
including any booking fee will be provided.
Force Majeure
Candyland Play Village will not be liable for any failure or delay in our obligations
where that failure or delay is from a cause is beyond our reasonable control. Such
causes include, but not limited to: traffic, weather effecting delivery of equipment to a
location by specified time, power failure, industrial action, civil unrest, fire, explosion,
flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of war, governmental action, epidemic, pandemic or
other natural disasters or anything else that is beyond our control.
If Candyland Play Village have to cancel due to Force Majeure providing that you
have only paid your Deposit, none of the above cancellation charges set out above
will need to be paid however your Deposit is non-refundable and only transferable to
a date within six months of your original booking date. If you have paid in full, we will
allocate any payments already made to a new booking. We cannot refund the money
already paid it must be allocated a new booking within six months of original booking
date.
